Christian Schramm
Christian has 8 years of experience as a consultant to the financial industry in mathematics, financial engineering and programming. Christian played an instrumental role in setting up the inflation and property index derivatives business at UniCredit Markets and Investment Bank. He has extensive experience in integrating proprietary pricing and risk management models into widely used risk management software, as well as in designing and implementing standalone solutions. Christian has a degree in Physics from the Technical University of Munich, and a postgraduate degree in Business Informatics.

Werner Egeler
Werner Egeler is a very experienced financial advisor and planer. He is executive board member at SGE AG that focuses on portfolio optimization with a unique software called VSA. It allows solving for optimal asset allocation taking after-tax efficiency into account.
Dr. Werner Posch
Dr. Werner Posch is a consultant in Financial Engineering. He received his doctorate in Mathematics from the University of Munich. In 1996, Dr. Posch co-founded a software company for eCommerce solutions, which was sold to a Fortune 500 company in 2002. Currently Dr. Posch is working in the field of algorithmic trading.
Prof. Dr. Steffen Sebastian
The Chair of Real Estate Finance focuses on real estate as an asset class for private and institutional investors. Along with direct investments, we especially examine indirect investments, such as open-end real estate funds, property companies or REITs. Other areas of research and education at the chair are the financing of real estate investments and its securitization.
In coordination with the other chairs at the Department of Real Estate, the Chair of Real Estate Finance specializes on finance related topics. Students will obtain quantitative methods and theories in real estate finance that will provide a solid base for real estate specialists working in the financial sector.

Microstep Information Technologies AG
Microstep Information Technologies AG is a company focusing on developing mathematical models and solutions for the financial sector and other industries. Microstep Information Technologies is led by Dr. Richard Sizmann, who received his doctorate in Solid State Physics from the Technical University of Munich. After graduating, Dr. Sizmann spent three years as a research scientist at a Norwegian research institute founded by Norwegian Telecom Research, the University of Oslo, and other Norwegian research institutions. Dr. Sizmann then worked for various German companies doing research on computational models for solid state physics.
