PropPit is a brand of the Microstep a privately held company that offers know-how, consulting and software solutions for property investors. PropPit has a distinct focus on property index derivatives.

To accelerate the development of the global market, PropPit runs a novel trading simulation for property index derivatives in cooperation with banks and other institutions.

Currently our main objective is to transfer know-how and to improve global liquidity in property index derivatives. To achieve this, we cooperate with banks, real estate and derivative associations, property advisors, index providers, news agencies, and financial brokers.
